Venue rental TIME
- Saturday Thirteen (13) Hours of Venue Time.
- Friday decorating hours are 10am - 5pm.
- One (1) hour rehearsal time scheduled with ColoVista Mansion Day of Coordinator.
- Preliminary planning time scheduled with Coordinator (in person).
- Aditional preliminary planning time scheduled with Coordinator (over the phone).
- Time needed for emails, phone calls, and text messages with Coordinator.
- Two (2) hour’s photo shoot for bridals or engagements scheduled.
- One (1) complimentary stay in cottages for the Bride/Groom on Wedding Night.
- Additional time for the day of is $200 an hour.
COMPLIMENTARY amenities
- Up-lighting on dance floor and lighting in the rose garden.
- Tower Bose system with wireless microphone.
- TV for USB and or projector screen.
- Curtain back drop for photos or ceremony site.
- Golf Cart for Bride/Groom Exit.

PLANNING included prior to wedding day
- One (1) in person meeting for up to (2) Hours on planning, discuss layout, and timeline
