Below are answers to some questions we hear often. Of course, our wedding coordinators will be available to answer any further questions. Our goal is always to help make your wedding day special and stress-free!

WHEN DO YOU SCHEDULE TOURS?

We schedule private tours any day of the week and limited times during the weekend due to events. Please contact us with the day you would like to tour and we will let you know our availability. We always do our best to cater to a variety of schedules.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING?

Pricing is based on the day of the week and month of the year of your wedding. We have several different wedding packages to choose from so we are flexible with all types of budgets.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM GUEST COUNT?

We do not have a minimum guest count. We do have a minimum requirement to be spent on all Saturdays. 

CAN WE BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD AND ALCOHOL?

Yes.

WHAT IS YOUR GUEST CAPACITY?

 Our general peak dinner seating inside is 250 to 275 inside seating.  Outdoors dinner seating may increase guest count.  Inside ceremony max 275 seating.  

HOW MUCH TIME DO I GET AT THE VENUE?

Each wedding package has a different amount of time at the venue ranging from 1-13 consecutive hours.  Client can add more hours.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

Dates are reserved on a first come basis. Dates are reserved once deposit and signed contracts are received. The Mansion at ColoVista is unable to put holds on dates without deposit and contracts. Please go to the page Check Date Availability and request information about your date.

DO YOU HAVE PREFERRED VENDORS WE HAVE TO USE?

We have a list of preferred vendors that we will make available to you. You are free to choose from this list or hire your own. Our preferred vendors are recommended based on their skill, communication, professionalism and punctuality. Wedding package catering will be determined according to requested dinner menu and price.

HOW DO I FIND OUT IF MY DATE IS AVAILABLE?

WHAT LODGING IS THERE AND WHAT ACTIVITiES ARE AROUND THE MANSION AT COLOVISTA?

The cottages are on the property and can be reserved for wedding parties if available.  Day of Coordinators will share more about accommodations in Bastrop, TX

Where is the heisman house located?

The Heisman House is located at 100 Country Club Dr. Bastrop, TX 78602 and The Mansion at ColoVista has been the beloved featured Heisman House for several commercials where the NFL, ESPN, Nissan, Zillow and others have advertised The Heisman House at our beautiful Mansion.
