The Mansion at ColoVista (MCV) client may bring beer, wine, and liquor on the Mansion premises. During reception, alcohol must be served by an MCV licensed bartender at $40 an hour. Bartender service starts one hour before the bar opens and 30 minutes after it closes. MCV requires a set-up fee for beer, wine, and liquor. Bar closes thirty minutes before exit. The Mansion at ColoVista does not allow shots. Once the bar opens, all alcohol must be taken to the bar for service.

*Beer and Wine Bar Set Up for One (1) Bar Includes:
Setting up the alcohol, ice, case of Sprite, case of Cokes, case of Diet Coke, case of bottled water, lemon and limes, napkins, clear plastic glasses, water dispenser for self-serve (client may add to this set-up).

*Full Bar: Liquor, Beer and Wine Set Up for One (1) Bar Includes:
Setting up alcohol, ice, case of Sprite, case of Coke, case of Diet Coke, soda, and tonic water, (2) cranberry, (2) pineapple, (2) orange juice, (3) tonic waters, (3) club sodas, (2) ginger ale, lemons, limes, napkins, clear plastic glasses, water dispenser for self-serve (client may add to this set-up).

Signature drink ingredients are required to be purchased by the client.
Specs in Bastrop has a delivery charge if delivery is desired for alcohol and extra set-ups.

**If you require no tip jars on the bars, there is a minimum of $100 - $150 gratuity per bartender required by the client**
