    • Six (6) 96” long x 18” wide conference tables (linens black or white)

    • Eight (8) cocktail tables (black spandex or 120’ white flowing table clothes)​

    • Meets with vendors who want to visit on site.

    • Opens the Mansion for deliveries the day before the wedding.

    • Assist with up-lighting throughout the night.

    • On-site during the entire wedding day for guests satisfation.

    • Set-up of ceremony and reception.

    • Assist with overnight cottage services.

    • Initial planning meeting minimum 2 hours

    • Creates a preliminary layout and timeline.

    • Bride and groom have access to the coordinator by phone/text/email throughout planning process

    • Scheduled phone meeting with corrdinators to finalize timeline.

    • Final timeline created and distributed to all vendors and bride and groom

    • Corrdinator will call all vendors to welcome and give information

    • Day of Coordinator is scheduled on final meeting call

    • Schedule and facilitate rehearsal

    • 10 hours assist through day of the wedding

    • Wedding day vendor management

    • Oversees golf carts picking up guests from parking lot

    • Assist with: pinning corsages & boutonieres, processional & recessional, signing marriage license, providing drinks, appetizers, meal for bride & groom, bustle bride’s dress, guidance for guests, introductions of bride & groom, slow release of tables if buffet, bride & groom cake cutting, overseeing caterer, toast, special dances, collecting bridal belongings, and packing decor and much more.

  • Complimentary 1 night cottage stay for bride and groom wedding night

    • Outside Dance Floor with Additional tables, Chairs and Linens included $1,800

    • The View Rehearsal Dinner Room Rental:
